I wrote 10 articles last night and earned a thumbs up from the client. I signed with a new client earlier this week who said he has been looking for a blogger with my voice and style for a long time.

So, why am I still sitting on a short story after two weeks? I am published. I am in print.

Does this fear of submission and rejection ever go away? It is funny in some ways. Both my critique partners liked the story. I always tell other writers to get over their fears and submit. I have a dozen ‘off the cuff’ comments for other authors in this situation.

So, I guess the best thing to do is just hand in the story and let the story stand on its own merits.
